La Mar tiniere Girls' Alumni Association organises annual Christmas dance party in Lucknow

The annual Christmas dance party organised by the La Mar tiniere Girls' Alumni Association for all the past and present students at their school premises was a hit as expected.
Fabulously dressed girls danced to the tunes of DJ Moni who played some recent tracks like DJ Waley Babu, Chittiyaan Kalaiyaan, Banno Tera Swagger and Mai Bhi Sarphira. Laughter could be heard as Maryam, Niba, Ishani, Anukriti, Vanya and Sukriti egged on each oth er to shake a leg.Helping with the arrangements of the party was Ishita Basu.
Bhavana Gupta from the 1983 batch, made a special visit to the par ty. “Coming back to the school has brought back all the good memories as in our time we never had such dance parties, so this is something new to me.“ The girls did not hesitate to click a `Selfie with Santa' which was a special attraction of the evening.They also enthusiastically took part in many impromptu games.
Taru Saxena, a member of the alumni association, said, “We wanted to capture the spirit of Christmas, hence we decided to throw a Christmas dance party for the past as well as the present students.“
